Just as a plant needs sunlight, water, and nutrients to thrive, we also require certain elements for our growth. These may include supportive relationships, meaningful work, regular exercise, mindful meditation, and restful sleep. Identify these elements in your life and actively nurture them.

  1. Audit Your Soil

    Action: Take 15 minutes to journal about your environment—who you spend time with, what you consume mentally, and where your energy goes. Are these helping or harming your development?

  2. Create a Watering Routine

    Action: Choose one area of growth (e.g., mindset, leadership, wellness) and commit to one daily practice for the next 7 days. Consistency is key.

  3. Identify Your Light

    Action: Write down 3 long-term goals or values you want to stretch toward. Re-align your weekly priorities to move in that direction.

  4. Welcome the Pruning

    Action: List one habit, mindset, or relationship that needs to be trimmed back. Then take one bold step this week to start that process.

I encourage you all to implement these strategic solutions today. Like a plant that grows towards the sun, let's all grow towards our own 'sun'.
